Dealing with reports: SEA HEALTH & WELFARE is required to deal with reports from ship-owners who have signed up to the system. SEA HEALTH & WELFARE is required to process submitted reports in accordance with the rules of the system and to work with the Danish maritime industry to maintain the system at a high quantitative and qualitive level

All personal at SEA HEALTH & WELFARE are required to treat all information in the strictest confidentiality. This duty applies to all parties except for the ship-owners representative. Only the ship-owners representative can give permission to passe on imformation so as to make alerts and knowledge generally available
